My focus is on experiential processes, relationship dynamics and attachment theory, from a systems perspective. Some of my influential teachers include Sue Johnson and Les Greenberg, Daniel Siegel, Jon Kabat-Zinn, Tara Brach, Kristin Neff, and Brene Brown.
